Shipping policy

Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted and carefully prepared in my studio in Waterloo Canada.

Ready-to-ship orders are typically mailed within 3–5 business days. If you require a piece for a specific date, please feel free to email me before placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate your timeline.

Orders are shipped with tracking through Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Free tracked shipping within Canada is available on orders over $300 CAD.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been mailed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Christine Gagnon Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Free local pickup or local delivery may be arranged by email.
