Refund policy

Christine Gagnon Studio jewellery is handcrafted in Waterloo Canada, with great care and attention to detail.  Each piece is inspected before it leaves the studio, and it is important to me that you love your purchase.

Returns are accepted for store credit within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email me at info@christinegagnonstudio.com for return authorization and shipping instructions.

Returned jewellery must arrive back to the studio within 15 days of delivery and must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition and packaging. Items showing signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return.

Please note that custom pieces, resized or altered jewellery, sale items, and gift cards are final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.   Christine Gagnon Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Once your return has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued by email.
